About
Mojisola Ndukwe

I work at the intersection of healthcare strategy, operations, and frontline reality. I care about what innovation feels like for the people delivering care and the people receiving it—not just what it looks like in a slide deck.

As a principal consultant, content creator, and PhD student, I help healthcare leaders and physicians make sense of organizational change, health technology, and digital health, then turn that understanding into choices that actually work day to day.

Most of my work starts with simple questions:

  • What is life really like on the front lines?

  • Where is the friction—for patients, staff, and clinicians?

  • Which changes will genuinely make things better, and which are just noise?

How I got here

Over the last decade, I’ve worked inside complex healthcare organizations and digital health companies, leading programs that touch everything from patient communications and payments to clinical workflows and growth. That experience taught me how decisions made in conference rooms show up in exam rooms, inboxes, and billing departments.

I’ve managed multi‑million‑dollar client relationships, stabilized high‑visibility implementations, and built governance structures that keep cross‑functional teams aligned. Along the way, I’ve seen how quickly “innovation” can backfire when it ignores the realities of staff time, patient behavior, and operational capacity.

My doctoral work focuses on how people navigate healthcare systems and how change actually sticks in real environments. That research lens shapes the way I design strategy, evaluate technology, and build implementation plans.

What I do now

Today, my work falls into three main buckets:

  • Consulting for practices and healthcare organizations that want strategy and operations grounded in frontline experience.

  • Content and commentary that explain what’s happening in healthcare—especially organizational innovation, health tech, and digital health—in plain language.

  • Tools like my guidebook, Building Your Dream Practice, which give physicians a clear, practical plan for building or improving an independent practice.

“Whether you’re leading a team, running a practice, or just trying to understand why healthcare feels the way it does, my goal is the same: to offer clear thinking you can trust and use.”
